Akathiya Natural Private Limited manufactures and sells natural, handmade personal care products including soaps, oils, powders, and more. We also offer third-party manufacturing for brands and businesses. All products are created and packaged at our licensed facility in Theni, Tamil Nadu.

2. Product Usage & Suitability

Our products are intended for external use only. They are generally suitable for women, men, and children above 1 year of age. However, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially for sensitive skin. Akathiya Natural Private Limited is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects that may occur due to individual skin sensitivities or misuse of the product.

3. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance.

• Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and chosen delivery method. Once shipped, tracking details will be provided to you by email or SMS.

5. Cancellations and Returns

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched.

• Due to hygiene and product safety, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been shipped, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will review and resolve your request promptly.
