Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

• To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at akathiyanaturalsproducts@gmail.com or call +91 80722 19147.

• Once the order has been processed or dispatched, we will not be able to cancel or modify it.

Refunds

• Since our products are handmade and hygienic, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

• Send us an email with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.

• After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

• Items returned without prior approval

• Returns after 24 hours of delivery

• Opened or used items

• Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use

Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. We’ll notify you by email once it’s done.
